Payment!!!
This app is always having a problem with payment. It will let me complete an order the tell me it can’t take my payment and then proceeds to tell to send an email. Can you all make it so the order can still be placed and I pay upon arrival. I don’t want to wait because your app is malfunctioning!
Needs better payment method
Great salads…but come on, no Apple Pay? Making me type in my credit card info in the year 2026? Also it’s not as secure of a method. And whenever an app “wants to use my location even when I’m not using it” I feel despair about the “you are the product” data mining world we live in.
Good Food, Bad App
It keeps giving me problems with processing my cards. I’ve tried entering different working cards from different banks and it keeps giving me the same message, “We’re unable to verify your card. Please contact your bank for more details.”
WiFi is for workers only who should be working
I asked the worker for WiFi password and was told that they can’t give it out. That makes simply salad a non-customer friendly place. WiFi for employees only who is suppose to be working? Customer has to go to other places that are more friendly to customers. Very disappointed with this place.

Love this location
This place is clean the staff are welcoming and who ever made my salad made it to perfection it was juicy full of flavor I can tell it was definitely was made with love.
App won’t use reward points
There is no option to use points during checkout. I emailed about it and no one has responded.

It says there will be a button to press at checkout to redeem your coupon,but there never is.
Time Wasting
The app consistently requires me to reset my password every time I want to place an order. Although orders can be placed as a guest, no account needed I don’t have access to my order history nor can I accumulate any rewards towards my account. I love their salads and probably order a couple times a week but there’s been a few instances already were I’ve just chosen to order from somewhere else because of the headache it is to simply gain access to my account. Unfortunately they make it anything but simple.

Won’t let me redeem points in app
I keep trying to redeem my points and the app says “at the top of the check out screen select available offers” but it does not appear on the check out screen I tried many times. Please fix this as soon as possible!
Not so secure data entry
While entering sensitive information such as credit card numbers, expiration dates and CVV, none of that is obfuscated or hashed out. People next to me can see my information and take photos of it as I enter even though it is through autofill which is hidden there but when pasted and moved to a new area or field it remained visible and quite readable which is terrible.

Amazing salads horrible app
Despite trying 5 times to use my credit card the app refuses to work. Why do I need to add my country? Are there locations in Mozambique? No… so why do I need to add this insane step.
Also every restaurant offers Apple Pay as an option. Pure stupidity to not have this. Sad because I really like the salads but making it impossible to order is going to hurt your business.

App needs improvements, restaurant is great!
There are two main issues that I have encountered recently when trying to order from the app. One, when you order a wrap, it does not give you the option more to have them mix the dressing in, it just leaves the dressing on the side. This is not good when you’re ordering a wrap because the thing falls apart without dressing. There is also no option to leave any notes or comments for the people preparing, so you can’t let them know.

Frustration
App refused to take payment info! Finally after several attempts and a 10 pound weight loss from starvation, I deleted the App and reinstalled. Problem solved!!!

I like Simply Salad but don’t like that you have to have an account and pay ahead of time. I understand your reasoning if people don’t pick orders but why do the rest of us honest folks have to suffer. Please consider adding a guest checkout option. Thanks
Sign up and credit card are huge pain
Menu is easy to navigate and order and customize, but it too 3 tries to checkout. Not as good as most food apps in that dept. , frustrating.
