The app crashes as soon as I launch the app on ios 14

As soon as I open app it crashes. If I do fresh install than it will not crash but if I try to open second time it crashes.

Showing fake increase
This app shows fake increase in my money, it was showing Rs 18000 more than what I actually recieved when redeemed.
App is pretty much useless
Have heard great things about simply save and tried to use it. Over 10 attempts were made just to verify my bank account both over the app and website. Never got through. App asks for statement and when I did provide that there is no option to submit or move forward. Website throws a generic error though it has a submit button. Please improve the app as it puts off many potential users at the start!

Redeem option is not working
I have been using this app for so long but don’t know for whatsoever reason the redeem option is not working on my iPhone.
I have no clue why this app is behaving like this not sure if this is just a technical issue or its purposely done.
