Bad customer service and not really clean the product
We ordered a blanket cleaning service and paid 520 THB. A day later, it was delivered, but it smelled damp. I have no idea how they’re managing things—we paid a high price just for one blanket. It’s really not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their service. It feels like a scam.

Picked up my clothes and payment and still has not delivered in the agreed upon time. Do not use or trust this service.

House Cleaning
Good service, the ladies are polite and on time. All areas have been cleaned properly. The equipment and fluids corresponding to the standard. Using twice a month is good enough.
Foreigner living in Thailand
Simply Laundry is a solid one stop service provider, they will take care every laundry of yours with utmost care and diligence. Price is not the cheapest but it’s reasonable couple with the responsive feedback whenever you needed. I have them taking care my weekly bedsheets renewal, clothing washed, ironed and returned on hanger. Occasionally they take care a large lots of my winter clothings. I can’t recommend them enough to everyone who lives in Bangkok / Thailand who wishes to have their laundry taken care off.
