The app is always down. You can’t ever check your account info. Useless.
Check deposit
App always says this feature unavailable when you try to deposit a check. Sometimes can’t login. Very undependable app.
IOS Update broke it
Since the 106 16 update on my Iphone, I can no longer use the app. It will open to a white screen and then crash, or just open up and then when I go to log in it will crash! Please release an update that solves this issue !!
iOS 16 update issues
Since the iOS 16 update the app has stopped loading. It will try to load up but instantly crash. Very annoying. It worked flawlessly before.

some issues
overall a pretty good banking app compared to most. recently after the ios16 update, i cannot check my account. in general the app works when it wants to and is always having some problems. to put simply, work on your application.

worst banking app ever
I have been a simply bank client for 3 years now and I’m very disappointed in this app. After I type my password & username in correctly, it still will not let me login. Step it up simply bank!!

The reason I’m switching banks
This is the MOST annoying banking app I’ve ever seen or had to use. I will be moving all of my money out of my accounts into navy federal by the end of the year. Always under maintenance, never able to let me login, I always have to call to get stuff done. It’s just sad, and pathetic, and I’m over it

Won’t keep my Credentials
It’s done this too me before and I’m done with this app, it keeps on saying my info is invalid and wrong when I litterly was otp with the people at simply bank to help me fix my account now it’s doing it again I’m fed up with this app it’s completely worthless and they need to fix that

Went to check my account and had to update and it had me update to a simply bank app and now I can’t login

Love the app makes paying bills so easy also can check my-balance in a flash.
App “goes down” ALL THE TIME
Step it up Simply Bank. I have an account with 3 different banking institutions and your app is the only one that seems to be down constantly for maintenance. So frustrating!!!
Confusing
I am always confused if “pending” charges are already subtracted from my available balance, or not!

This is basically a way to check your balance. Anything beyond that is useless.
You sign in to the app then to transfer money new accounts you must put in your password again. But the problem is that once you put the password in it tells you to call customer service and will not allow you to transfer funds.
