Time Saver

I love this app! It’s super easy to use, and scheduling a virtual doctor appointment is SIMPLE! Even better is the ability to hit the 'see now' button to schedule a quick visit when I have a few extra minutes. After selecting ‘see now,’ you get sent to a virtual waiting room (I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to connect with Dr. Mehta). I also love that I can add my son’s profile to the app, so setting up an appointment for him is just as easy. Plus, I can store my FSA card on file, so I don’t have to look for my card—it’s all within the app. Gone are the days of driving across town and sitting in a waiting room—this app is perfect for me and my family. The only thing I miss is seeing everyone at the SimplyCare office.

This app, Dr. Mehta, and the entire SimplyCare staff are amazing. I love this app and this office!

Awesome!

Makes talking to my doctor incredibly easy to do. Great app 10/10!!

I love this app. It has made appointments that do not require blood work or testing much more accessible and convenient.

I’ve been trying to use this app for several years and I find it to be one of the most frustrating apps I have ever used. While I’m not a tech genius I am a regular user of technology and I am a capable troubleshooter. I regularly host meetings online and am generally pretty competent at this. I have even attempted to call the developer to get some outside perspective and nothing seems to help.

The biggest problem is it crashes on login on almost every device. I have followed as much advice as I can find to fix this. I have checked for updates, deleted and downloaded it fresh, cleared memory caches, and even reset devices. I have used this on 3 different iPhones and 2 different iPads…some that were freshly wiped and brand new devices. Still crashes.

Oddly, it does run on my laptop but often has microphone connectivity issues. I have also had trouble getting the app to use my stored payments requiring me to type it in every time even though I am staring directly at the saved payment info. It sometimes struggles to find my providers ID number.

My doctor uses this app for all virtual visits and the front desk claims that most patients have no problems with it. I’m sure they’re right but ’ll have to take their word for it as it is a clunky Hail Mary of an app even when it doesn’t crash.

For me it is very frustrating as I cannot participate in my healthcare in a convenient way that accommodates my busy schedule. At this point I’ve wasted enough hours of my life troubleshooting this app, trying to find solutions and waiting for patches or updates; my solution is just to pretend it’s 2004 and not 2024 and tell myself I’m not missing out on anything as I’ve basically given up hope that SimplyCare app is going to function for me.
