It doesn’t get much easier than this
I was surprised at how easy this was to get installed and working. We started using it right away and it does everything we need for managing our walk ins and reservations. It does everything OpenTable does and we aren’t spending some ridiculous amount every month. The only thing it doesn’t do which doesn’t affect us is guests can’t go to a directory to see your restaurant. That’s not a big deal for us because our guests know we are here, we don’t need to be promoted. My hostesses love how easy it is to use.

Did everything we needed and saved us a lot of money
We switched over to SimplySeated from OpenTable after we go fed up with how high the fees were getting.
SimplySeated did everything we needed it to, handling our wait list, online reservations and table assignments for a lot less money.
Haven’t had any issues with it so far. We got our hostesses trained on it in about 30 min.
They didn’t even charge us for the last two months during the Covid lockdowns which was nice since every dollar counts right now.
