No customer support at all the cube will not stay online keeps disconnecting even with a very strong wi fi signal all within 25 feet keeps looking for a wi di signal the will not connect we tried blink and others all hook up and work 100 % thus cube and this zip that’s supposed to be connected to the cube will not connect in any way this is a total joke total garbage we have had this garbage for over a year and have never been able to get it to work at all no support from these people at all !

Snap on smart power outlet
Bought 2 at Home Depot. They do not pair with the app. In fact the app says coming soon. I bought these last year and never installed because I was moving. Trying for the first time, total waste of time and money
2 years and Light switches aren’t on the app
It’s been at least two years and the Switchmate app still shows that light switches are “coming soon”. What a joke! I bought 6 of these and I really want my money back at this point! Do not buy these!
Do not buy their product
I bought seven… Yes seven Cube camera at Home Depot as they had them on Clearance for $60. After getting all the firmware updated done and setting them up. Only two of the seven worked. Then after a day only one of the seven cameras worked. They are a complete time waister. The app is not bad if the cameras worked. However you need to pair the cameras with every phone or tablet separately. If you mounted the camera on your house and wanted to pair it with a new phone or tablet, you would have to bring the camera down and pair it. Could you imagine doing this if you had more then one camera. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT!

No option for smart switch
I bought this with high hopes of it being easy. I’m now an hour in trying to figure out why I can’t connect ! This is ridiculous !! I can’t even control it, and when I click on the option on the app it says “coming soon” WHAT DO YOU MEAN COMING SOON?!?! I have it right here !!!!
Doesn’t work
I downloaded this app because the old one doesn’t allow the switchmate switch to work with either google or Alexa. And this one is worse. It only says “Coming Zoon” for everything

Garbage
I purchase the cube camera which came together with a power outlet and a switch close to two years ago so no chance returning even if a week ago the store probably would not taken them back for reason the average reviews gives 1.9 star So for a third time it is I’ll try getting them all paired and functioning I see still two app are needed so in anticipation of the same results as to the previous failures not to jinx the situation to the contrary because I paid money and want positive results over a year it’s been updating more development everything except positive results or recalling if the result are favorable so will be a deserving change in my review that I promise.

Basically useless
Why does this not work with the light switches? Cannot add light switches which would allow Alexa to work. Only the older app that does not support Alexa is available for these devices. Update is needed
