What's New in SimplyTag
1.93.4
May 11, 2026
- The Explorer has been completely redesigned and now allows you to sort its content. The default sorting has been changed from creation date to modification date to access the most recently modified content more quickly. A new breadcrumb navigation makes orientation and navigation easier. This applies to all views that use an Explorer. - For premium accounts, it is now possible to move assets directly from the project page. - On the project page, elements and directories can now be added manually by entering information in the same way as when creating them in Explorer. - When creating or editing documents, an info icon was added next to the document visibility option to describe the visibility types. - The change of ownership of projects can now be done directly in the Explorer view. - Users with a “Basic Account” now have the option of requesting SimplyTag Premium from several locations within the application, e.g., directly from a project folder. - The search function has been expanded so that project numbers and names can now also be searched, enabling a more precise and faster project search. - All views, including the item page, directories, Premium Partner page, order module, and document creation, have been redesigned, with required fields now uniformly marked with a red * and a note below the form indicating that * fields are required. - The contact information of the project contact person, including name, phone number, and email address, is now clearly displayed when creating and editing a project as well as on the project details page to enable fast and efficient communication. - The recipient of a ownership transfer will be informed of the expiration date of the request in the email. - Similar to the premium view of the project page, the project label is now also displayed in the basic view. - Bug fix: Projects were displayed incorrectly in the search function and could not be opened. - Bug fix: After moving directories or elements to a project, the “Go to directory” button did not redirect correctly to the project page. - General improvements and bug fixes.
