Can’t log in
The app says enter your user ID. Not clear what that is - could be your email address that you use to log in to the website? Could be your booking ref? Went to the website to see if that explained it. The website has an FAQ which says… go to the app to find out! So I gave up and came here to vent!
Terrible authentication design.
Please redesign your authentication process. Having to combine your booking ref and surname as means of authentication is bizarre in this day and age. Make it 2 factor. It doesn’t instil confidence in the rest of the app design or how you’re securely handling PII.
Excellent app with holiday info
Get everything you need on the app - local info, travel arrangements, Villa information. Excellent step forward for simpson.
