IPad Pro problems and limitations
I like using this app, especially when I have groups of students off site, however, I have just bought an iPad Pro and now when I get to the 4 digit code for login the keyboard does not come up on screen so I can’t enter the numbers!
I’m also frustrated that the behaviour management section does not provide the full range of incident codes.
This app needs a serious update and overhaul to be much more user friendly as we are required to use it in school and there is no alternative. Perhaps this is why Capita doesn’t bother developing this, as they have no competition!

iOS update incompatible
Was working alright, but with the new iOS update, I can no longer create a passcode to get in. Please fix!

Like previous review mentioned, it has a lot of potential but seems like Capita don’t care much about it. FIRST OF ALL, THE APP LOOKS AWFUL ON AN IPAD PRO. This app last update was 1 year ago!

The app is too basic. Capita needs to add more functionality and improve to justify the cost since it is an extra add on paid by the school. Everything is moving to mobile devices now (iPad, Tablets, Chromebooks, Laptops), so Capita needs to move forward quick.

Has potential but needs work
I enjoy the ability to quickly register my students but get frustrated with the severe limitations of the app. The
Login process is very lengthy and I cannot check detentions when I see a thumbs down, Creating a need to log on on a computer.

Awful
You have to log in by typing in full email and password, then putting in passcode in twice. I click 'remember me' every time, but to no avail. This happens multiple times a day. So much quicker to use my laptop, but it's so frustrating, as this could be so good.
Terrible!
Super Confusing and really painful to delete- I had to reset everything. Only download if you really know what you're doing and that you won't delete it (soon at least).
No iPhone version?
Our school have iPhones for staff as appose to iPads! Such a shame there isn't an iPhone version as the app on the iPads is fantastic
Quite simply the worst service I've ever used.
Constantly offline. Overly laborious log in when it does work.
Crashing app
This is a great idea to help teachers however, since downloading the most recent update, the app is impossible to use as it crashes every time I try to open it. Such a shame.

The app has potential, but has a few problems. It is quite slow when it comes to loading any data. The app crashes every time I open it first thing in the morning. The UI isn't particularly intuitive.
Sims app nice design
Good app for teachers to record attendance, conduct and assessment - nice design. Good work SIMS!
Great app
A great app for teachers who need to update SIMS - easy to use and quick. Love the assessment marksheets and attendance - much easier to update than using the PC.
Nearly useless
Painfully slow log-in procedure. Crashed four times in first five minutes of use, each time forcing a new log-in. Not much functionality when you get in. All a bit pointless.
Such a shame as a really good app would be tremendously useful.
