Selten eine so schlechte App gesehen

Hilfe! Ich möchte mein Geld zurück.

Selbst wenn diese App umsonst wäre würde ich sie nicht nutzen. Die Bildqualität ist so schlecht ich hatte gleich ein Nostalgiegefühl und musste an die guten alten 56k Modem Zeiten denken!

Gut gedacht, stark verbesserungsfähig

Die Möglichkeiten, Rauch, Feuer etc. einzublenden ist wirklich gut gelungen!
Was aber gar nicht geht ist die Auflösung bei Bildern. Die ist so unterirdisch obwohl ein hochauflösendes Foto eingespielt wurde.
Deshalb nur 2 von 5

Good Idea! Terrible image quality

Good idea but image quality isn’t the greatest on my iPhone X. Images tend to be a little blurry and app seems outdated. Unfortunately a waste of $10 for me.

Nice app......

Not a bad app. Easy to use and create a quick scenario. Don’t forget to use the Masking ability located in “utility” to mask out portions to make it more realistic.

Great for creating sims quickly

Easy way to create sims from photos. Good variety of effects. Basic version limited to editing 3 sims but if I want more I can download onto my computer and then delete. Great customer support I think bad reviews are from people who have not tried to reach developer.

Don't buy this app!!!

For $10 you get 3, yes 3, scenes to create. This is a joke. I want my money back.

Hi GeeEss, we hear you that you expected something differently -- though it is stated in our Product Description that you can store at most 3 sims at once, and you can remove any of those to make room for others. However, if you had a complaint, or wanted your money back, why haven't you EVER contacted us to ask? Would it surprise you to hear we have given refunds to the few people who have actually contacted us with that request? Contact us (even now!) and give us a fair chance to solve the problem.

What a waste of money! Limited to 3 sims and have to pay more for an enterprise version.

We are disappointed that you felt it was easier to trash our product than reach out to us to see if we could rectify the situation. Of course we know you DID NOT reach out to us, because we would refund any purchase for customers who are disappointed. If you want to give us a chance (we assume you want to be fair), contact us and then decide if you feel your review is fair.

Way over priced for what you get!

You pay 10 dollars for the app but that only includes 3 scenes. If you want more you need an enterprise subscription. It takes a good 10-20 minutes to create a scenario because the tools seem a bit outdated and not user friendly then when you are done you can only save three. Not very useful for getting yourself a lot of practice with size ups. To much wasted effort for a small payoff. Would be better off looking at pictures in fire engineering.

Dear AB101010, actually, if you had bothered to contact us about this (which you did not, it's just so much easier to trash our product unilaterally through the reviews), we would have been happy to show you how to make a scenario in a minute or two. Also, you would have found out (a) you can make more sims by removing any of the 3 you made already (b) you can download the sims for storage on a computer (and upload later), (c) you can play any number of sims, just edit the top 3. Lastly, if you were disappointed with it, we would have given you a refund. Go ahead, contact us now and see if we live up to our word.

Excellent Product

I had to lean on the only review available for this product to make the leap and purchase it. I am very glad I did. This app allows users to produce quality simulations similar to more expensive studio style products. I was blown away by the immediate and responsive customer support. I anxiously await the upgrade with advancement in simulation components. This has been widely popular at the station and very beneficial in prepping for a promotional exam.

Great fire training program

Initially, I was uncertain about paying $30 for an app that had no reviews, but decided to take a chance on it, as I needed a fire simulator program I could easily use to help train my crew. Once downloaded, I was very surprised by the quality and the ease-of-use of this program. In the past, I have used other computer-based fire simulators, some of which we're not always user friendly. This app is the most versatile and easy to use fire simulator I have encountered. I can either take my own pictures of houses, or download pics from the internet and set up a scenario in a very short timeframe. We'll worth the cost of the program for a quality fire simulator.

0 if I could...UPDATED!

App crashed immediately on iPad 1. Vendor provided a refund, then immediately asked if I would be willing to beta test a fix. Two nights later and it's working great. I have yet to find someone who would a) take the time to get their app to work on an older hardware platform and b) do it as quickly as these guys. They take their app serious and take customer service just as serious...and now I'm sitting happy with a fully functional app. 5 Stars for sure...six if they'd let me!

Great App

This app is great for studying for promotional tests. You can put simulators together fairly quickly. The app is well worth the price!

The app every company officer should have

Hands down one of the best fire training apps out there. Like all apps there are a few bugs, but nothing too bad. Great for scene size ups, and table top exercises. Well worth the $10! Def. an app every training officer should have.

Cons:

mostly fire and some hazmat scenarios wish they had hazmat placards with text for un #s that could be placed by the user

Hard to get a full 360 size up as u can only edit one image per file

Pros:

Fire and smoke looks real

Any image on your ipad can be edited: cars, houses, high hazards, you name it.

Easy interface

The real deal, a great app for fire service professionals. I'm actually shocked more people haven't reviewed this or rated it.

This is a very powerful and easy to use app. Within a few short simulation setups, I am now making very elaborate scenarios. I contacted customer service prior to purchase, very fast reply and answered all my questions. I would recommend this to every fire service instructor and company officer.
