Don’t waste your money on this trash! The app does not connect to the watch and you must buy a SIM card for any data!
HORRIBLE! ZERO STARS!
I bought this smart watch thinking it was a good way to save some money and still have great quality. I was wrong. THIS APP DOESNT PAIR WITH YOUR WATCH. I’ve been trying for days and still the WORST thing I have EVER bought. PLEASE look into what you buy. Thank god I didn’t throw away my receipt. But please, next time you might be not as lucky. Also, KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. Anything I have learned by buying stupid things is that saving my receipt can save me some money. Please people, read the reviews first, I was not so lucky and ended up buying the product. NEVER AGAIN. ZERO STARS.

Wat is the point of this app
Is uselessthis app is useless to the ismart watch. It literally only monitors ur steps and then even still it doesn’t connect to the watch 😤

I got a watch for Christmas but after downloading the app and beginning the search to find my watch (paired to my phone’s Bluetooth) but it can’t find my watch it will search forever. Please fix
What a waste!
I have the SimValley Smartwatch but the only thing I can do is listen to music and dial someone. It connected to my phone via Bluetooth but that’s it!! I can listen to music via Pandora and I can call but it won’t sync contacts or other phone info!

DONT GET THIS APP
If I could give this app 0 stars I would. My watch doesn’t connect to my phone at all, it doesn’t even give me an option to connect to my watch or any other Bluetooth device for that matter. Do not download this app it’s a waist of time
Pointless
I bought a smart watch and this app was needed to be downloaded but I can only use certain apps on it even if my phone being bluetoothed to it. I can get the ring of when someone calls and it shows on the watch the number calling. When I get other notifications I get the sound but it does not show up what it’s from. I can’t use the Facebook, Twitter, network and other apps on it either. It was a joke buying the watch since this app won’t work for it!!

Can’t give a zero
I totally would give this app a zero but I can’t. This is the app my smart watch said to use and it won’t even pair with it. I have tried over and over
App is trash
The app is trash. I got a smartwatch (z60) and it told me to download this app and this app cant even find my smart watch. I got the smartwatch as a gift and cant even use it. When bluetooth the only thing that work is you get calls and can only play music. The app is trash and the maker of this app either need to fix the app or dont make it available for any smartwatch. Its simple. Waste our money and time. The app is trash.

Watch Won’t Connect
The app doesn’t connect to the watch at all so it was pointless to download and also pointless to buy the watch. Terrible investment!!

This knock off Smart Watch I purchased off wish for more than you can buy it on Groupon came with no instructions except to download THIS APP. But the App doesn’t even search to pair with my phone. What is even the point??! China has definitely found a new scam on Americans.
Worthless piece of garbage
I was given a watch that requires this app. My phone and watch are connected via Bluetooth but the app will not find my watch. The apps on the watch also do not recognize the app on my phone.
Useless app! Need a new app or update
So I got this watch as a gift but the program to use for this watch simvalley is stupid. I hate it. The app doesn’t connect to your phone. Your phone will only work with Bluetooth capability. Not worth the $. The watch is useful for blue tooth capability only. The app does nothing like my Fitbit does. I thought getting this watch. I could at least read the texts. But no. I guess I will go back to my Fitbit notifications only. This gets no stars for me.

Very disappointing
Very disappointed in the fact that when you buy the watch it specifically says to download this app and all it does is fitness and won’t let you in your messages. Take it off the directions if we cannot do what the actual app was made for !

Having the same issues as everyone else. App won’t sync with watch. Try to get help from customer support and nothing is in English!!!! Any suggestions from anyone? Watch is useless without the app!!!! Be nice if customer support would help some of us out here!

USELESS! WISH I READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST!
I bought a “smart watch” that requires this “app”, but it won’t pair to my phone. I can connect via Bluetooth, but with limited access/capabilities. For instance, I can receive vibrate/alert notifications on my watch but I can’t see or respond to the message (or see who it’s from) and can’t send a message from my phone. DO YOUR RESEARCH! If your new smart watch requires this app, I recommend a different watch altogether! As indicated in the title of this review, the app is completely useless. If I could give it zero stars I would.
