有料課金およびサブスクリプションを利用しているにも関わらず、サービスが提供されていない状況は重大な問題です。
返金申請を行いましたが却下され、問題は解決されていません。
有料サービスとして成立していないため、早急な改善または返金対応を強く求めます。
