Does not detect any pitch at all for male voices. It can only detect notes at the very top of my range.

This is THE REASON a musician needs an iPhone. What a dream come true this has been! I don’t even know where the old guitar tuner went because I alway tune with this app and even practice with my cello and use it to help my intonation. Again this is a dream come true. Get it. Thank you to the dev team. I couldn’t be happier!

Not much you can use this for. But it's ok if you just want to maybe check pitch a little... Doesn't put much on the screen. Doesn't have sound, Definitely not worth ten bucks.... May be 1.99 the most.
See what you are singing!
I got this app to help one of my students to sing in tune... I thought it would play me the note then as I sing the note back it would show me if I am singing it in tune and what note I was singing if flat or completely out of tune! But alas it doesn't do that.... I found this app so incredible confusing and totally useless and a waste of £6.99. Do not understand what it is for... You can't hear anything back even though it records... Very confusing!

Excellent app
This is a well put together app that is simple to use and does exactly what the developers say it will do. It has become indispensable to this new comer to choral singing and is also lots of fun at rehearsal.

Great for excercising your voice and pitch. I would give it 5 stars if I could set the notation relative to my voice when I sing bagpipe tunes which are on the treble clef. Only problem is I have a low voice.
Overall, a wonderful app to build your confidence in sounding notes especially for real singers. I'm a novist but this is really fun!

Great App
This is a very useful app. I use it for careful intonation practice on my saxophone. It functions as a regular tuner but the ability to show your immediate history provides an extra and valuable dimension. The trace is also interesting for reviewing the shape and smoothness of scales and patterns practice.

If,like me, you're coming to singing late, or without much previous musical training, this can be really helpful. Not only does it help you check the notes you're singing, it's great for practising different intervals and has really helped me "get my ear in" as much as anything else.
The only improvement I can see would be to add some practise scales to sing along with too.

B flat between C and D?
Unforgivable lack of basic testing and quality control spoils this app. The app displays the flatted note below D as B flat. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to hone in on a C note and going the wrong way because display is wrong. I've gone back to AppStore to find a usable, higher quality app; this one is too frustrating due to basic errors!

A must
I took this to choir practice and it is magnificent. Turns every practice into a competitive karaoke session. I had no idea I scooped so much and the spectrogram tells me if I have tinny tone timbre or something worth listening to. A cracker app.
Needs a sensitivity setting
His app is spotty even in a silent room or when using headphones as a mic. It charts so much garbage that isn't actually happening that it's hard to discern if you are in tune.
