Missing a lot of machines
This app doesn’t have every singer machine. Including the specific one I own and everyone else I know. You have to resort to choosing a machine that closely resembles yours. I think they should have all singer machines on here including ones that are discontinued. And the settings bar for me is blank. I cannot see what is listed on there but things change when I click a spot on the settings list. ? This app needs some more improvements. Don’t come at me for a negative review. I was excited there was an app for singer machines so imagine my disappointment when my machine wasn’t listed.

Very limited on models
My 7285Q model isn’t listed. Why make an app to assist when you only support just a few(the ones shown in the screenshot are the only ones supported here in the app). Might check back in a year or 2 to see if the developer has updated the list of models.
Highly Reccomended!
I use this with my machine all the time. It takes all the guesswork and confusion about setup out of the equation! If you follow the directions (there are even videos!) you’ll be able to sew something simple the very first day you get your machine!

This app is extremely helpful for sewers, especially those at beginner-intermediate levels. It helps you learn the basics of your machine, troubleshoot common issues, and identify the best stitch/length/tension/etc based on the material you’re using for a specific project.

A lot of useful info, instruction, descriptions for various techniques
It would help users if there was one more picture/screenshot between the first & second ones provided.
Upon selecting your model from the list of models, your machine will appear, if it’s a model that’s supported by this app.
At the bottom of the screen showing your model should be a red checkmark. When you tap on the checkmark, it takes you to the second and third pages shown in the description of the app.
From there you can get to settings, stitches, accessories…
It took me a minute to figure it out. Once I tapped on the red checkmark a second time, everything appeared as expected, based on the app pics and description. This is great for beginners, for learning how to set up your specific machine, for info about various stitches, how to sew on different fabrics, etc.
I recommend this app and suggest that you don’t give up until you’ve tapped on the red checkmark at the bottom of the page, *after selecting your machine.

Not obvious how to proceed -1 star to 4 stars

I was excited that the app existed. However, it doesn’t work. I selected my machine from the first page then it took me to a page with a picture of my machine and then absolutely nothing happened and there were no more selections except backup to the first page. Am I missing something?

I found the problem. There is nothing on the second page that tells you how to proceed. I banged around and pressed the check mark at the bottom of page to accidentally find how to proceed. Please add a label on second page “to proceed click the check mark”

Great app, very helpful for beginners!
There are precise graphics and clear written instructions for every procedure.
I am a visual learner, so the smooth flowing computer graphics are much easier for me to understand than just reading the instructions. I already feel more comfortable about my new sewing machine, thank you Singer!🥰

App is broken
The app doesn’t work. It shows a list of their various machines and a brief description of each machine. The app does not do anything else. Hopefully Singer sees this review and fixes the bug preventing other features from showing.

Doesn’t work at all
Downloaded the app, the settings button has (literally) one toggle without a text, the language button opens an empty popover.
The only thing I can see is a list of machines that doesn’t scroll properly, when it does scroll it doesn’t have any of my Singer machines (and I have 3), when I click in one of the machines it shows a VERY brief description and the checkmark button in the bottom doesn’t work, so the only thing I can do is go back to the machine list, so this app is useless… if I want to see machine description I will look at Amazon, at least there there are way more info than in the app
