Ok so I tried the app and if u want to favorite songs on it u need to pay for a subscription. And if u enjoy hearing ur voice recorded while singing it like I do guess what. I haven't found out how to do it.

So you have to make an account to even do anything and you have to pay for the account. Making one with an email doesn’t even work so don’t bother getting this. It is not worth the time and I am very disappointed

Love the machine but would never buy again because the $15 month?!? Wish I stayed with the cd kind. When I was charged they took out way more. Just hard to deal with. Then gave “sorry we have no specials” when tried to sign up with a better deal.

Why do you always removing some of our favorite song? It’s getting annoying, everytime we found some good song, it’s “gone gone gone” next time you turn on the machine! I’m getting to the point I want to terminate the monthly! I’m actually the minority doesn't mind the monthly, but removing some of the song my son like, I might as well just pay monthly to youtube to get the no ads!

Really enjoy it!!
I really enjoy this app. I have a little karaoke machine and it works beautifully. It’s great to get together with friends. The only downside is some songs come and they go. Like Bohemian Rhapsody. I sang it one day and then it was gone the next day. I love the song Ripple from the movie Spirited. It was here for a few weeks and then I went to sing it, and it was gone. Other than that, I think it’s great.

Removes Songs Frequently and En Masse
Singing Machine strong-arms you into downloading their karaoke app and then makes you purchase a reoccurring subscription to use said app freely... ONLY TO TURN AROUND AND DELETE HUNDREDS OF SONGS WITHOUT EXPLANATION OR WARNING?! How shady can you be? What am I paying a subscription for if the content can disappear without so much as an excuse? Utter trash...
Not to mention the quality of the remaining songs on here... It's the songs they had on here years ago and it shows in just how bad some of it is. The tempo is too fast, or the lyrics aren't right, or the instrumental is just plain off... Don't bother getting this until they fix whatever disaster took like like half of their library.

I love singing and I wish that you didn’t have to pay for full songs and I love karaoke and even with microphones and speakers
Subscription not recognized on machine
I’ve renewed my subscription and my machine still won’t work. I have reached out several times to support and all I get is emails stating they will reach out shortly. It’s been three days already and still no response. I’ve now over paid because I thought I needed to complete the process on my machine not my phone app like I did last year. Nether way communicates with the other and machine stays locked.

Unable to access, system not coming on, not charging. I may need a new cord. I have only used the system 1 time February 2025. Not able to use since then.
