Game performance and issues
This game is fine but support team were not efficient with their job. They cant help you with their in-game issue to resolve, they just want you to spend money in the game. Rewards were not enough for you to grow in this game.
Log Out!
For a game that almost encourages having alternate accounts that are easy to make and heavily benefit your main, it would make sense that the game have something as a simple and obvious as a LOG OUT function! Instead, in order to log out on a device, you HAVE to reset your password. Once that’s reset, the game will automatically log that account out of all devices. It’s so stupid. Give us a simple LOG OUT fiction!

Could be Great, but the bullying is worse on this game than anywhere else! Very toxic environment
The game idea is really good, the game play is ok. The developers are very money hungry, you get very little reward without spending money, and even when you spend money, you will need to spend hundreds to even make any impact on the strength of your account. The events and leaderboards are repetitive, there’s no good balance of power in game, there is like 5 different “cities” (servers) in game and because of how bad they are at managing power balance and bullying you see over 1000+ in one server and 200 in the next! It’s ridiculous. There is no peaceful server to be in, if you complain about bullying they do nothing about it, people have been very harmful to others, such as sharing photos and personal details of others without permission and they will silence the person for a little while but will not ban them. They enjoy taking all of your money but will not look after you or show you are valued as a customer/player, the game could be great but the developers and customer support lets this game down massively…

Very addictive game but as you level up it gets harder and takes 2-10 days to upgrade
