Awful app don’t waste time or money

Omg! This is the worst app. I thought streamlining to an over 50’s app would be better than the mainstream apps. But this app is appalling. Contacted by people well outside my specified area ie interstate, and age wise 20+ years or more were a vast majority of contacts. Saying that just likes no actual contact from anyone. Feels very bot like, awful awful awful.

Great idea to have a 50+ app but they were only a couple of dozen people active in total all around Australia … Great website, app and model but just hardly anyone on it so I have deleted it

Cancelation

This app is terrible. I signed up for one month and was charged for three. I cannot for the life of me figure out how delete or cancel my subscription.

Concerned

I’m in Australia. I want to cancel my premium membership but an unable to log onto the site and each time I try I am told to try again later. I have emailed requesting that it is cancelled but my emails keep bouncing back & the hyperlink to email them or fill in a contact form is not working. Please help with this cancellation.

Total con! When you pay for a subscription which is falsely advertised half the profiles you can see don’t have pictures! Says photos coming soon.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
ACCC need to investigate this lot.

Worse dating app experience I ever had. Nil contact from support team which is absolutely appalling. Cancelled my subscription and keep taking my money.

Total scam and ripoff stay away

I joined this website and paid for a six month membership coz they were reasonably cheap at the time.
 I wish I had read the reviews first and I would’ve stayed away and joined a different website.
 But these guys upgraded my membership to a premium membership without my knowledge or approval and stole close to $500 from my account.
 STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE OR THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND
