Once you subscribe it’s almost impossible to unsubscribe and they keep changing you after countless emails and cancellations forms.
Awful app don’t waste time or money
Omg! This is the worst app. I thought streamlining to an over 50’s app would be better than the mainstream apps. But this app is appalling. Contacted by people well outside my specified area ie interstate, and age wise 20+ years or more were a vast majority of contacts. Saying that just likes no actual contact from anyone. Feels very bot like, awful awful awful.

This app is terrible. I signed up for one month and was charged for three. I cannot for the life of me figure out how delete or cancel my subscription.

I’m in Australia. I want to cancel my premium membership but an unable to log onto the site and each time I try I am told to try again later. I have emailed requesting that it is cancelled but my emails keep bouncing back & the hyperlink to email them or fill in a contact form is not working. Please help with this cancellation.

I joined this website and paid for a six month membership coz they were reasonably cheap at the time.
I wish I had read the reviews first and I would’ve stayed away and joined a different website.
But these guys upgraded my membership to a premium membership without my knowledge or approval and stole close to $500 from my account.
