Easy to use
It’s easy for some who has a hard time just have to let them know about using the overseas number. I had to iodate with ICA and CPF before I left Singapore and they will guide you. The best for some that can’t log on I suggest to call them directly. I did even if I had to pay international call. Use a cheapest call.

I’m in the U.S. currently. I can’t update the app while I’m here!

Such an excellent application
This is a government app that works better than many fully commercial apps. It’s incredibly functional, smooth, easy to use and overall useful.

Not trying to setup a new device
Stuck in an infinite loop. Can’t exit new “use Bluetooth to transfer function” and can only log out. Useless!
Cannot sign in any more
I used to be as able to sign in. 2FA was not an issue. But now I am forced to use a Singapore mobile phone number for 2FA. Since I am overseas on a long term basis, I do not have a Singapore mobile number. I can’t use the app anymore.
2FA is very common. Face ID, and fingerprint as the second factor authentication works fine on other apps. Why can’t the Singpass app work with biometric auth?

Major difficulties from overseas
The updates has created issue with Singaporean , at for me, living overseas.
Been showing technical difficulties (98-UP021)
Please allow for overseas telephone number. I do not have Singapore telephone number. When I use it on a laptop, it allows me to enter my overseas email but keep asking for Singapore number. And one cannot proceed with updated.
And this is silly I can go to HDB site with ability to log in Singpass. And Singpass Will not allow me in via this apps . It is a silly silly train of thought.

Technical difficulty error prompt
This App does not seem to work for Singaporeans living overseas without a local mobile number. Without this level of verification it impacts user logins to local banks for transactional history.
What are you doing？
I tried for 3 days why is it always a technical error???If you can't do it well, don't do it

Stupid Design
They force you to do face verification, Im trying to reset my singpass password for my grandma who is in another country. They also keep making you reset your password. This is not balancing security over convenience, it’s just plain stupidity from the management team.
Unable to proceed
I’m living overseas with no singapore mobile number. I cannot change my address to overseas because it requires a pin. That pin is sent only to sg address. There is no fingerprint or face recognition on mobile.
It just loops and there is no way of getting things done.
