I have tried contacting customer services several times now, I can’t access my email this is connected to therefore I cannot download the desktop version of this in order to get personalised routines
If this can be resolved great otherwise I’d have to cancel and request a refund as I can’t use this.thanks

Not what it promises
I purchased the app a few months ago. Beware, this is the exact same app as VocalizeU they just changed the name. Realizing I already had this app with the old name, I contacted the company right away to try and get a refund or at least learn what’s new on this app. I left messages on by phone AND sent emails but never once got a reply. So I thought I’d try the app and see what’s improved. Nothing. In fact, the iPhone download isn’t even the full version of the app promised to you when you buy it! The iPhone app only has a few work outs for you to choose from and a few warm ups. No other features and nothing is personalized to you. The app says to contact the provided email to get the link to load the laptop and iPad app as it’s « included ». I contacted the email a few times and no one ever got back to me. Don’t waste your money with this iPhone app. It’s proven to be a scam. I’m very disappointed as I’m not wealthy and I thought I was making an investment. Instead I was just giving money away to get nothing in return. If anyone from the company is reading this please do get back to me as it’s now been a couple months since no one has helped me. So long as this review stays up, it’s cause still no one has helped me.

Great voice lesson app
I deleted my first review where I rated it to 1 as there is a further instructions on how to specifically download the app. Once steps are followed correctly the app works smoothly. The app is well organized and easy to use.
Dont buy the app! Buy it directory from their website!
I bought the iphone version of the app and it only came with two of many features they said it includes. When I tried the app on my ipad, it required me to creat another account. I was disappointed with my expensive purchase that I decided to contact the brand directly. Not even 24 hours,they kindly responded saying to send them my apple receipt and that they would put me in ALL the versions available. I completely recommend the program, after one use I new it works and the customer service is perfection they also nicely told me that the Iphone version is their on the go version, so its not packed with all their features. 🙂

ONLY BUY IF YOU HAVE A MAC
while I gather the iPad version of this app is great, the iPhone version is almost worthless unless you have a Mac to connect it to.
