About

Your ECGs already tell a story. Sinoa helps reveal it. Your watch records ECGs. Sinoa uses AI to compare your ECG history—not just individual recordings—to identify recurring waveform patterns, explain them in plain language, and help you understand how they change over time. Every recording gives Sinoa more context to compare over time. As your ECG history grows, Sinoa helps you understand what stayed consistent, what changed, and how your patterns evolve. Sinoa is different — Most ECG apps focus on a single recording — Sinoa focuses on your history. As your collection grows, Sinoa compares recordings across days, months, and years to help reveal recurring waveform patterns, changes over time, and long-term context that individual recordings cannot provide alone. What Sinoa helps you do • Receive a plain-language Pattern Summary for every recording • Discover recurring patterns across your ECG history • Compare any two time periods to see what changed • Track how often each pattern appears over time • Explore the recordings, comparisons, and evidence behind every finding • Learn ECG pattern concepts through simple explanations and illustrations • Upload supported ECG recordings • Add private notes to recordings • Share Pattern Summaries with private, revocable links How Sinoa works Sinoa uses trained AI models to compare rhythm timing, waveform shape, and signal quality against educational ECG pattern references. Rather than diagnosing disease, Sinoa helps you understand how recordings relate to one another across your own ECG history. Every Pattern Summary links back to the recordings that contributed to it, so you can explore what Sinoa compared and why. Designed for clarity—not alarm • Plain-language summaries instead of medical jargon • Pattern similarity—not diagnosis • Uncertainty is shown when evidence is limited • Compared against your own history—not someone else’s • Recording quality and limitations are clearly explained See patterns change over time • Patterns Over Time displays how often each pattern family appeared, month to month • Compare Periods places any two time windows side by side to describe what changed in plain language. • Estimated heart-rate context is shown against a usual range built from your own recordings Trends are based only on recordings you upload. This is a history view, not continuous monitoring. Supported recordings Import compatible ECG exports from: • Apple Watch ECG (1-lead) • KardiaMobile 6L • EMAY 6-lead Every supported recording contributes to one continuous ECG history, regardless of where it was recorded. 1-lead and 6-lead recordings Different recording types provide different signal information. Sinoa automatically uses the information available in each supported recording to generate the most appropriate Pattern Summary. Depending on the recording, summaries may include rhythm timing, early-beat patterns, waveform shape, QRS-pattern context, estimated heart-rate context, and other supported waveform comparisons. Explore the evidence Every Pattern Summary links back to the recordings behind it, with comparisons and plain-language explanations so you can understand what Sinoa compared and why. Educational content explains ECG concepts in general and is not an interpretation of your uploaded ECG. Share on your terms • Share Pattern Summaries using secure, revocable links. • Choose what information is included, set expiration dates, and revoke access whenever you choose. Important Sinoa is for educational and informational use only. A pattern match does not mean a disease or condition is present or absent. Sinoa does not diagnose, treat, prevent, mitigate, or cure any disease or condition. It is not medical advice, clinical interpretation, or emergency guidance. Do not use Sinoa to make medical decisions or delay care. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, seek emergency care based on your symptoms, not on Sinoa output.
