Terrible App

I wanted to try the app so I signed up for 3 day free trial and somehow it has charged me for annual membership WITHOUT THE FREE TRIAL. I did not consent to that. And if the quality of the video was great I wouldn’t have minded but the quality of the video is soo bad I wouldn’t even keep the membership for free. There is no way to get in touch with customer service to get a refund. So unless you have a wish to throw money away don’t even bother with this app. It’s a scam. What a waste!! Honestly the 3.7 rating it currently has is generous because for what it produces a negative star suites it well. If you want talking head video generator try Hygen. Please refund my purchase I signed up for the free trial not an annual commitment. I can’t even use this for anything

The crop at export is not the one selected, neither the voice 😡😡😡 this app is a joke and a scam ! And I was charged for the membership year fee when I actually took the 3 days free trial. Very bad ! And their contact email doesn’t work !

Not working

I just got charged for the annual subscription fee and have not gotten the app to work a single time. Each time I try to create a video it says there’s a server issue. At this rate, I feel as if I’ve just been scammed.

I took all the steps instructed to take, bought the app, and each time I launch it to create the video it says Error There was an error on the server, try again later. Very disappointing.
