This app is useless as it has not updated my account information for several months now. My car payment does not reflect the actual balance.
Easy transfers and the site mapping is easy to manage all around good banking app.
I love being able to pull up my information on a daily basis.
This app doesn’t have any after hours or weekend administrator. If you have a security or fraud issue with the app there is no one to report it to until Monday. The fraud number they give out is for debit card only.
Terrible…. Always have to resend checks and always get rejected it’s the worst part of this bank application
Everyone else has updated their app icons for dark mode options. What’s taking so long?
Called to the bank After updating my Apple device software to 15.8.2 SLFCU does not work and they said I need to update phone to newer version. My phone 7 plus still a great phone and they want me to purchase a new phone. Time to move to another bank.
This new format is not as easy to use as the previous format. I am having a hard time adding a new bill pay account. It was a lot easier the old way.
It’s in part because I’m getting used to it. However, the app is not as user-friendly as it could be. You got an awful lot of steps to do stuff instead of just simplifying it.
I should be able to deposit as many checks as I want a day for mobile banking, but I can’t? I own a business and can’t make it into town all the time only on weekends maybe.
I cannot deposit checks or transfer money from different accounts like I could on the previous app. Very frustrating.
I deposited a check and it says it got accepted. It’s been 3 business days and it still hasn’t been deposited to my account.
