SipPace – Your Smart Hydration Assistant for Apple Watch SipPace helps you effortlessly track your daily fluid intake and reminds you to stay hydrated throughout the day. The app is designed exclusively for the Apple Watch. Since your watch is always on your wrist—unlike your iPhone—tracking your water intake becomes incredibly simple and seamless. Main Screen: Everything at a Glance At the top of the main screen, you can immediately see your current daily intake. A clever color-coding system shows your progress at a glance: - Red: 0 – 1199 ml (Your body needs water!) - Yellow: 1200 – 1499 ml (Good start, keep going.) - Mint: 1500 – 1999 ml (Almost there.) - Green: ≥ 2000 ml (Goal achieved!) Intuitive Controls: - Add: Tap one of the 4 quick-select buttons to add that specific amount to your daily total. - Subtract: Long-press one of the buttons (≥ 1 second) to deduct the amount in case you made a mistake. - Reset Daily Total: Use the clear button at the very bottom to reset your daily intake. To prevent accidental resets, you must hold this button down for at least 3 seconds. Button Settings: Customize Your Volumes Swipe from right to left to access the settings for your quick-select buttons. - Here, you can customize the 4 hydration amounts to match your personal preferences and favorite cups or bottles. - The "Reset" button at the bottom instantly restores the app's default values (250 ml, 150 ml, 50 ml, and 330 ml). Reminders: Stay Hydrated Swiping left once more takes you to the reminder configuration page: - Time Frame (Start/End Time): Set the specific time window at the top during which you want to receive reminders (e.g., from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM). - Reminder Interval: Define how often you want to be reminded. You can flexibly choose an interval between 30 and 180 minutes. - Activation: Use the button below to easily start or stop the reminder service. Note: If you modify the time frame or the reminder interval, any currently active reminder schedule will automatically stop. You will just need to restart it to apply your new settings. SipPace can now also be set as a complication. The colored ring indicates the approximate amount, and the exact value in liters is displayed inside the circle.
