앱에서 아이디가 길어서 인식이 안되면 이건 뭐 어쩌라는거에요

가족정보보호때문에 앱깔았는데

가족의 신용정보를 체크해야해서 가족정보보호내역을 수시로 확인하고자 앱을 깔았는데 가족꺼는 못보고 본인의 내역만 볼 수 있네요.
심지어 소셜로그인으로 회원가입한 경우는 이 앱으로 로그인조차 못해요.
이 앱은 자신의 신용을 위해 종합신용관리 서비스를 이용하는 사람 본인에게만 필요한 앱입니다.
참고로 자동로그인도 없어요.
편하게 이용하고자 앱을 깐건데 보려면 매번 비밀번호 입력해야 합니다.
고생해서 만드신건 이해하지만 반쪽짜리 앱이예요.
