I have had this rangehood for some time now.
Occasionally I get a glimmer of hope and try to connect my rangehood.
It never works.

Recent update has fixed the app

I am happy to report that the most recent update for the app has fixed the crashing issue and the app worked perfectly. We have the SL926DLTM850 model installed and we can use all functions of the app and the “Filter Cleaning” feature is a great addition. Thank you for sticking with it and fixing the issues that were occurring. Great product and great app.
