Great link of feelings to Islam
I find it beneficial that my problems / feelings can be linked to Islamic lessons. I particularly benefit from the feature that links to a name of Allah
Also the idea of journaling through an app connected to an ecosystem of mental health support.

I’ve only just started using Sirr, but it’s already made a really positive impression. My therapist recommended it, and from my very first journal entry I found it incredibly insightful.
One of my favourite features is the mirror reflection breakdown. Sometimes I struggle to make sense of my thoughts when journaling, but the way Sirr reflects everything back in a clear, structured way helps me understand myself much better. I also really appreciate how it connects reflections to the names of Allah. That has helped me stay more intentional with my prayers and given me a stronger sense of focus and direction spiritually.
Overall, I think it’s a thoughtful and genuinely helpful app that combines emotional reflection with faith in a meaningful way. I’m excited to keep using it and see how it develops.

Productive journaling!!
Sirr gave me a space to speak freely without worrying about what anyone would say and then helped me remember Allah in processing those feelings!
Journaling can be one of the easiest and most effective ways of processing emotions and decompressing in a totally safe space, after all, it’s just you and you. However, one of the great challenges with journaling is not having any type of feedback to process those emotions before going to therapy. Then on top of that, finding someone that can give you feedback that is perfectly focused on reconnecting you with Allah in a healthy way is priceless!!

good but not pragmatic
it provides a sense of relief knowing how I’ll be held accountable given tricky life circumstances - i.e. knowing Allah is my sustainer and from that Allah knows my limits.
but it’s not pragmatic in the sense of actions I can do — and honestly it’s less about it telling me and more about it feeding me appropriate context from Islam so I can derive my own lessons and figure my own path. unless advice is applicable for all audiences. what i mean is i’d like to see specific hadith.
