This company since transferring ownership to Proagrica has been a disaster. They do not know their own products to support them. Support is completely useless when you need help with anything.

I have to use this app to soil sample some of my fields. I have three soil sampling apps on my iPad and this one is by far my least favorite. This app is slower and the screen often freezes. Sometimes while waiting on a frozen screen, the app just closes and I have to start all over again. Tech support is usually helpful, but it does not take long for another problem to occur.

New update is confusing
How do I now share data between accounts??? The options are now removed but I cannot find where they are located now.
Improved but not perfect
Sirrus has finally solved our issue of syncing data across to multiple devices and has minimized app crashing. The app still crashes occasionally but seems like it can not keep up with the amount of data I put in it at one time. I am still waiting on color coating fields to match technologies. Overall it is still a good app and gets what I need done.

Crop agronomist
I use the app everyday scouting fields. When the app works like it supposed to then it is great. When I am not able to receive or give data I am not able to give my farmers the information they need. If they don’t get the information then I am out of a job. Every time there is an update to fix one thing they screw up something else. This happens every year. Tech support is friendly but the developers are a joke. Don’t fix something that isn’t broke.

The crashing gets worse with every update. Not sure how that works. With the last update I can not even enter one field worth of information without it crashing before I finish. When the app is working it is great, but right now it is not.

I have always appreciated this app’s quality and use it mostly for creating recs. Looking forward to being able to share tank mixes to others easily this year! Thank you for always making great improvements in your app!
Has a lot of potential
This app has a lot of potential. But it crashes all the time. AgX is all out compatibility across platforms, however it never seems to work.
Bad
This development team screw the app every time they launch a new update. I’m a heavy user as a consultant of Sirrus but it is the most frustrating app I have ever seen. Crash all the time, fields that have surface analysis don’t want to download, slow and I don’t want to keep going. Straight your development team or get a new one if you want to stay in business.

Awesome soil sampling app
This app has revolutionized grid soil sampling for me. I usually grid about 5000 acres per year and work for a company that does over 100,000 acres per year. This app has cut our investment of startup on a new grid machine, while speeding the process. Saving more money and making more money, a very nice combo from an app. If you are looking for a soil sampling app, stop looking because you found the best.
