Charged Me After I Unsubcribed
App is ok. I felt overwhelmed by the amount of alerts and it just felt so invasive so I unsubscribed. Canceled the app. Lo and behold saw last night they still charged me after I had already unsubscribed. Not happy one bit.
Needs Major Improvements
The app has a good concept but low user engagement and minimal content. This, plus a confusing interface and minimal account settings, make it not worth a subscription. For instance, there is no clear way to delete the account. Wondering now if many of these accounts are even still active. The app has been around for a few years but hasn’t been invested in. It’s probably just a way for a few of the therapists to make additional income while not doing much. Recommend trying another avenue for community engagement that’s more cost effective or better invested in.

Needs Improvement
I gave this app two stars because I feel that this app lacks exuberance and youthfulness. Among the total members, approximately 60%-70% of them are between the ages of 30 through 55. No offense to older women. I AM 21 years old! I WANT TO TALK TO YOUNG BLACK WOMEN WHO ARE MY AGE. I only saw 3 women who are between the ages of 18-22. I wanted to interact with one woman who said that they were looking for a friend who was 21 years old. However, she unsubscribed so I could not message her. She reasonably left because the MAJORITY of the women on this app are NOT 21 years old. Another prominent issue is that the facilitators don’t really assist with the organization and development of this app. They initiate random conversations that are NOT pertinent to mental health nor well-being. They posted a survey for the members to leave feedback and suggestions. I completed the survey and included this exact information that I am mentioning in this review. THE FACILITATORS NEVER LOOK AT IT. WHAT IS THE POINT OF CREATING A SURVEY IF THEY DON’T EVEN REVIEW IT???? I am not surprised if they don’t provide feedback to this review.
