What's New in Sit to Stand

1.3.0

August 21, 2026

Sit to Stand Training — guided sets between your tests, with voice coaching through every set and rest in between. Always free. The retest loop: choose how often you want to check in, and get one gentle reminder when your next test is due. Never daily. A new look throughout: bigger type, clearer buttons and one obvious action per screen. Progress now shows your pace within a single test, so you can see whether you slowed towards the end. Better counting. The detector no longer registers a repetition when you are still settling the phone against your chest, and you can correct the count by hand on the results screen if it ever gets one wrong.
