I paid $90 that I am not getting refunded despite not meeting anyone from this app. I was able to make one singular match in 6 months of using the app, a match that never resulted in a date (not from lack of effort on my part).
The Al matchmaking element is essentially useless at pairing you with quality matches, including several that got through the filtering process that were stated dealbreakers (ie suggesting a guy who didn't want kids when I explicitly do). Don't waste your time or money on this one.

Not Worth the $$$
Sitch uses attractive models to advertise its pool of daters, and after having been in their system for a few months, I can confirm that it’s an entirely unrealistic representation of who uses the app. In over 6 months, I’ve only matched with two people, and neither ever converted to a date. I thought that putting $$$ into the app would make people more likely to meet up, but that wasn’t the case. Save your money and try your luck IRL.

Good, but wtf!?!
Nice interface. Well paced questions. But bait and switch with quality of matches plummeting after subscribing. After canceling my subscription, even though I had weeks left that I’d paid for, suggested matches stopped entirely.
Don’t waste your time
I tried this app and, after a few initial introductions, I received no new matches or introductions for over a week despite paying a monthly subscription fee. The service simply did not deliver enough value to justify the cost. Based on my experience, I would not recommend spending your money on this app

Not So Active Community
I’ve been on the app for over 6 months and the have had 2-3 matches via the AI match maker, of which, no one replied after waiting several weeks. I think this application may be too new for serious dating. My other gripe with this app is that when I signed up, there was a payment prompt for “meet-ups” - it appeared to be mandatory and was not very clear. So to use the app to its fullest extent, I spent $100 for 3 meets ups. I’ve been in a holding pattern between Sitch and Apple for a refund as I’m trying to delete my account. Sitch says to talk to Apple since it was an in-app purchase, Apple states it cannot refund because 30 days of passed. So I’m short $100 and once again dejected from online dating 🥲

I had a lot of hope for this app, considering I was using Amara for a while. But they do not let you chat with anyone without paying for it. It’s so silly.
Potential matches
Potential matches don’t meet my preferences. I gave my preferences and I’ve only been shown men who aren’t what I prefer. Also I’m only getting sent 3 men a day. I could understand if they were in my preferences but they aren’t so it’s pretty much a waste of time. Why ask what I prefer if those who are potential aren’t what I desire.

Terrible App barely works
Doesn’t work as advertised. Paid 100+, but the service did not deliver. Founder left and abandoned the company
Recent update made all generic
The recent update completely changed the way the app works, now it functions like basically every other dating app except people can’t write their own profiles? I can’t even see basic info about people like if they have kids, want kids, if they drink, etc
Scam
It’s extremely expensive with zero matches. They claim to find you the perfect match but I’ve gone on more dates on the traditional dating apps like hinge which is cheaper too. I’d recommend everyone to save their money and stay away from this app.
