Fantastic App
This is what I’ve been trying to find for a while, taking notes at inspections takes so much time. At least with this most of the note taking is done - Good app!
Cuts down the boring part of site inspections
SiteLog is one of those apps that makes sense as soon as you start using it. Take a photo of an issue, let the app draft the observation and recommended action, make any changes, and move on. The photo, risk rating and location stay together, so there’s much less sorting out to do afterwards.
The PDF report is probably the most useful part. Instead of going back through photos and rebuilding everything later, you finish with something that’s already in good shape to send to a client. The app feels straightforward and focused without being overloaded with features.
It does need an internet connection, so offline support would make it even better on sites with poor reception. Overall, it solves a real problem and takes a lot of the repetitive admin out of inspections.

Great app and easy to use.
I’ve been trying to look for an app like this, it’s so good how it can automatically takes notes for me - such a time saver!
Great App and makes my job easier
This app has a great AI function that gives me a description of problems that are detected once I take a photo. The best thing is that it creates a pdf report all for me. Superb work!
Why didn’t I know about this sooner?!
The app literally does what it says. I get it won’t do your entire job but it makes 85% of mine so much easier and faster. I would like it if you could make the report customisable - just a thought. I also saw this on product hunt as a project that was rebirthed after 11 years sitting on an old iPhone 5!! Amazing story.
