One of the best apps ever!

I’ve been in graphic design and art direction for over 25 years, starting way back with Macro Media applications, then Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, to which I still subscribe and use daily. I first purchased Sparkle (now Sitely) when Adobe dropped Muse. What used to take me hours with the Adobe apps takes me a fraction of the time with Sitely. In this age of exasperating ‘virtual assistants’, Sitely's support is concise, prompt, and unmatched, with personal replies and suggestions.

First class professional Website Builder

I have been working with Sparkle and now with Sitely for years. It's intuitive, fast, powerful and always reliable. And best of all, service and advice is first class whenever you need it. Absolutely 5+.

Simple and clean

Sitely works very well, doing just what you think it should. It's easy to use, and results are predictable.

Revised my review - turns out a lot of those bugs were user error

So in my previous review, my frustration with my own urgency and lack of skill got the better of me. This is a gooid program. Many good features. I am stil getting the hang of it, and I couldn't give it 5 stars because a couple features i was really counting on I haven't been able to get to work yet (like privacy policy page, so I can track visitors). And also because it is not quite as easy to use as I had hoped - but that's because there are many good features. So there is a learning curve. Support is good and patient, but you may have to email them directly instead of using the form on their website. UPDATE - I preferred the name Sparkle, and the “AI tools” are highly questionable

Response from developer

We appreciate that this is frustrating, but bugs do happen and while a single rare bug can affect your project systematically, it 100% is not an indication of the overall app quality. Moreover complaining here will not lead to a solution, conversely if you get in touch with our support (we do respond) we'll provide the fixes we are developing, or develop a fix based on the bug you have surfaced. Peace!

A good alternative to us old timers who used iweb

Pretty straight forward commands, Had cut my teeth on iWeb years ago in the dark ages. Switched to Sitely when it was called Sparkle.
Only trouble I have is it occasionally it loses my the knowledge I paid for the program and it thinks I have no license.
Good web creation program for those people needing an "informational" website.
