New: - Recording travel to site - When signing in, there are new options to enter distance travelled, travel time and point of origin. Requesting this information is optional; it is switched on by default but can be disabled in Company Settings by Admins Improved: - Permits - Permits now have 3 states: Not Opened, Open and Closed. When created, a permit's status is initially Not Opened. When a permit is opened, it is also automatically saved. When a permit is closed, it is automatically submitted. There is a Save function to allow changes to Not Opened and Open Permits. - Daily Diary syncing - Whenever a draft Daily Diary is opened, attendance records, plant-on-site and works in progress are updated, allowing Daily Diaries to be started at any time during the day - New Documents Notification / Options - When opening a project for the first time (or returning to a project after an hour) there is a notification if new documents had been added to SitePlex. This notification now displays separate counts for new Project Documents and Global Documents, with these options; (i) Download only documents for that project (ii) Download Project & Global documents (iii) Skip the download(s). If any downloads are skipped, there is a reminder when you re-open the project. Bug Fixes: - Notification of form submissions - The primary Site Manager was not receiving notifications when a form (with automated notification) had been submitted
