About

SitePrinter turns web pages, screenshots, and screen recordings into PDFs laid out for printing. Combine long pages or a series of screenshots into one document that's easy to read. Keep the screens that matter—chats with AI, explanations in study apps, message threads, guitar chord sheets—in a form you can look back on anytime. Every PDF you make is saved in the app automatically. Embed the text from your captures, and you can search and copy it, too. ■ Key Features ● Templates (NEW) Save the paper, columns, margins, and what the header and footer show as a template, and switch everything at once on the PDF screen. Simple, Handout, and For Printing templates are built in. ● Searchable Text SitePrinter reads the text in your images on device (OCR) and embeds it in the PDF. The PDF looks exactly the same, but you can search for words in any PDF viewer, or copy text and paste it into other apps. Text recognition happens entirely on your device—your images are never uploaded. Turn on "Make Text Searchable" in the PDF screen's detail settings or in Settings. You can also add it to PDFs you've already made, from History, without using credits. *Recognized text may contain errors, depending on text size and image quality. ● Create PDF from Screen Recording Record your screen while scrolling through another app, and SitePrinter joins it into one long image and turns it into a PDF. Save screens you can't open in a browser: chats with AI assistants, questions and explanations in study apps, message threads, emails, social media timelines, and more. Scroll up or down; bars fixed at the top and bottom show only once. ● Join Screenshots into a PDF Pick up to 30 images from your photo library and join them top to bottom into a PDF. For screenshots taken while scrolling, overlaps and bars fixed at the top and bottom are removed automatically. You can fine-tune each join on the check screen. ● Full-Page Web Capture Capture an entire page in the built-in browser with automatic scrolling. Choose the screen width: Auto, a PC layout, or a smartphone layout. ● Long Page Mode & Infinite Scroll Mode Capture pages far longer than Safari's full-page screenshot can handle (up to 250,000 px). For endless pages like social feeds, capture as you scroll and stop whenever you like. ● Select & Hide Elements Tap ads, banners, or anything else you don't need to hide it before capturing. ● Trim & Markup Trim unwanted parts from the top and bottom before making a PDF. Write on your capture with a pen or highlighter to circle key points or add notes. ● Flexible Layouts Choose from 1 to 8 columns. Paper sizes include Letter, Tabloid, A4, A3, B5, B4, and custom sizes, in portrait or landscape, with adjustable margins and column spacing. Or set the number of pages, and the columns are worked out for you—handy for printing a long page on fewer sheets. ● Automatic Header & Footer The page title, URL, capture date, and a QR code to the original page are added automatically; choose which with templates. ● Auto-Save & History Your PDFs are saved in the app automatically, ready to view, share, or print from History. You can also keep the full-length image the PDF was made from. ■ Great For ・Rereading or printing long answers from AI assistants ・Searching saved chats and web pages for the words you need later ・Copying text from a saved screen into notes or emails ・Turning study app questions and explanations into PDFs to review what you got wrong ・Printing explanations from online classes or study apps to write notes on ・Keeping a whole chat history in a single PDF ・Saving emails and social media conversations as evidence or records ・Printing guitar chords and sheet music sites cleanly, without ads ・Keeping manuals and instructions as PDFs or on paper ・Reading long articles offline ・Printing web pages on fewer sheets ・Combining scattered screenshots into one For study, hobbies, or work—turn the screens you want to keep into a single PDF, your way.

What's New in SitePrinter

2.2.1

October 19, 2026

■ New: Templates Save your paper, columns, margins, header, and footer settings as a template, and switch them all at once on the PDF screen. • Choose what the header and footer show (title, URL, QR code, date, page numbers, your own text, and more). Anything you leave out gives the columns more room • Choose from three settings for the paper margins and the space between columns • Simple, Handout, and For Printing templates are built in • Create and edit templates from Template in Settings. On the PDF screen, switch them from Template in Options ■ New paper sizes: B5, B4, and custom sizes Save the paper sizes you use, with your own width and height (up to 10) ■ Better text recognition Text is now recognized on pages that mix languages, such as English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean ■ Backup settings Your PDFs can now be included in device backups (iCloud or your computer), and are included by default. Full-length images can be included too. Change this in Settings › Saved Data ■ Other • Usability improvements • Minor bug fixes
