5.8 does not work on iOS 13

Update- I was unable to login with the auto fill from my iPhone. Once I manually typed in the user name and password it worked correctly!

I check this app several times a day!

Will not login on iPhone XS Max running ios13. Please update!!!

Bugs in the app

Have to log back in on my iPhone every single day. Past versions you would stay logged in. Fix the bug!

Cost feature gone

I prefer the previous versions GUI and unhappy they dropped the Cost per Circuit feature.

Response from developer

Thanks for your feedback! We have taken note and will return the Cost per Circuit feature if we receive numerous requests to do so. In the meantime, please note that the feature is still available at any time through the browser interface.

Unable to login

Can login on the website, but not in the app.

Nice Update

This version is iOS 7 compatible and fixes the crashes found in recent versions.

There are still a lot of features that need to be added and I hope we see them soon.

Not functional.

This many days since update and no fix on this type of app is not acceptable. This isn't words with friends. No app working = useless hardware that is being paid for.

Crashola

iPhone 4 / IOS 7. Not functional at all.

Really frustrating update doesn't work

Get this fixed. Really you need two versions so people can move back to an old one when this happens.

Latest Update

Your latest update crashes immediately on startup. It is completely useless now.

Great update

Does not work. Crashes as soon as it loads. See it running in the back ground. When I select it just closes the screen as if I switched apps. Please fix.

Broken on 4s & Ipad2

Just opens and then goes to background won't stay in foreground. Kinda useless for me since update. Hope you fix it.

Crashes!!!

Do not update. Crashes every time! Please fix this ASAP. I can monitor my system anymore via iPhone.

Good start

The home screen needs a time stamp. Hard to tell if it's actually updated. Most charts are unreadable, too small and can't zoom. App doesn't make use of landscape mode for charts. Frustrating considering the cost of the hardware.

Basic but does it well !

Gives you enough basic information to double check your current consumption including by circuit data. Does NOT give you detailed graphs (history) by circuit (like the online website) ... only detailed total consumption graph by day, week or month. Would deserve more detailed graphs & functionality. However it does what it does rather well.

Good start, but horribly buggy.

Nice graphical interface but there's a lot of weird glitches I have run into...

1. It is a pain to log in. It will allow you to type in your username, but keyboad freezes up when you try and type your password in. You have to close out of the app and go back in to type the password. BUT then you can't log in because it throws another error. You have to click on the username line to get it to log in.
2. The logout button in the upper left corner is way too prominent. When you accidentally click on it, it would be nice if it brought up a confirmation screen so you have the option to cancel. Logging out just means I have to go through the arduous process of logging back in (see item #1).
3. If my wife and I try to access the graphed data (middle tab) at the same time on different devices, the 2nd person to try and access it gets nothing but blank graphs and it stays like this even after the other person closes out of the app. The only way to fix it is to log out and log back in again (see #1).

I'm sure these will eventually be addressed, but it makes for a frustrating experience right now. The actual layout is quite nice once you get logged in. I'm excited to use this more now that our eMonitor is installed!

Very "Cool" App

You need to buy their equipment and have it installed in your house, but once you do you get slick real-time reporting on electic use in your home.

Few bugs to fix but should be great app

I hoping the e monitor will be as good as web site shows hope to have the ability to turn off and on items via this app and smart plugs
