SitusAsset

SitusAsset is the free companion app for customers with an existing SitusAsset workspace. Keep equipment, maintenance and locations organized from your phone or tablet. • Scan equipment QR codes and barcodes, or enter a tag manually. • Review a location and see the assets assigned to it. • Add and view equipment details, purchase information, warranties and custom fields. • Attach photos and files to asset records. • Plan recurring maintenance and record service, repairs, inspections and costs. • Check equipment out to your team and track due-back dates. • View fleet status, activity, alerts, calendars and reports. • Create QR/barcode labels and export or print reports. • Use English or Spanish and your workspace’s branding. An existing SitusAsset account is required. This app does not create accounts or sell subscriptions. Available actions follow your workspace role and service access.
