Un verdadero puente, no otra app de gobierno

Llevo tiempo observando este espacio, y la mayoría de las apps "cívicas" terminan sintiéndose como un comunicado de prensa con pantalla de inicio de sesión. Sivar es diferente. Las comunidades se sienten genuinamente vivas, la identidad verificada mantiene las conversaciones honestas, y poder presentar una queja de consumidor directamente desde la app — sin el trámite burocrático de siempre — es el tipo de detalle que realmente anima a la gente a alzar la voz.
