well it push me to do more when I want to stop it push me to keep going so that is my experience.

Images way too small before exercises start. You can’t be ready for next exercise. Voice counting each second make it really long and boring.

Lots of good ab burners I’m seeing a real result from the 6-pack option and while I know how to properly train and having it in an app that functions like this makes it easier to keep on track and it includes good rest days however there not much stretching in the routines and the timer is totally off each ‘second’ is two on an actual timer (8/10 would recommend 😉)

Poor menus
Adverts constantly pop up when accessing menus. Locked my phone several times
App kicks me out
Try and start each morning routine and when it begins the app kicks me out to my home screen.

The best app ever I have never tried an app like this before it’s great for a simple six pack

The app doesn’t save any of my progress in the transform section and when I try and hit start on the workout the app crashes

The app is very helpful and helps me stay on track. Ive been losing weight and its all because of this app would recommend. Also i like the feature where it makes your diet for you so you dont have to worry about nutrition!

Forget 30 days, ads keep popping every time. What can you expect from a free app. Gave a try but other free apps are better.
