About

Practice the math your child has learned, with a cat by their side. SixSquares is an addition, subtraction and multiplication practice app for elementary-school children. HIGHLIGHTED NUMBERS HELP YOU FIND YOUR WAY The row and column numbers used for each answer are highlighted, with the equation shown above the board. Work through one question at a time. START WITH 36 QUESTIONS Choose your operation and question count on the home screen. Start with a 6-by-6 grid of 36 questions, or choose 7-by-7, 8-by-8, 9-by-9 or 10-by-10 as you are ready for more. PRACTICE MATH, MEET NEW CATS Finish a round to earn fish. A mistake-free round or a new personal best earns extra fish. Every three fish unlock another cat. Collect all 12 and choose a companion to join your practice. SEE YOUR EFFORT OVER TIME Keep your times, mistake counts, practice dates and daily streaks. Records now shows streaks and recent practice first, followed by personal bests for each operation, level and grid size. THREE LEVELS 1-digit: Practice with numbers from 0 to 9. Subtraction answers stay nonnegative. 2-digit: Practice with some two-digit numbers. Subtraction can include negative answers. Hard: An addition-only challenge that combines the column number with the sum of row numbers from the top down to the current row. A short introduction gets you started. The full how-to-play guide is always available from the home screen. FOR PARENTS No ads, in-app purchases, accounts, data collection or network access. Pay once and use the full app. SixSquares is for practicing familiar arithmetic, rather than teaching the concepts from scratch. For iPhone and iPad. Japanese and English, with light and dark appearances.
