Cheap DSP and app
The DSP definitely does what you need to tune your audio system and dial things in. The app does take some time to figure out how to save and create different profiles. I wish I could rename the memory slots for different setups.
The biggest thing everyone hates is when you get out if the app and then go back into it. The screen cuts off the left and right side of the app. It’s an ongoing bug that has been openly complained about for well over a year. Whoever is in charge of this app at this point doesn’t care to address the issue. Which speaks a lot about the quality of this product. For $200 for DSP and app support you shouldn’t expect their developers to listen to every complain you have about the bad user interface.

Screen
Can you format the screen to fit into an iPhone screen, the right side of app being cut off sucks
Display and connectivity issues through android head unit
The BSP processor performs well, but the app has a consistent display issue that makes tuning difficult. When switching between screens and returning to the EQ page, the layout shifts or resizes and the right side of the interface becomes inaccessible. This happens almost every time, which forces me to save, close the app, reopen it, and repeat the process for each adjustment.
Connectivity is also limited. The app connects reliably on my iPhone, but I cannot get it to connect through my Android‑based head unit in my truck, even with CarPlay disabled and Bluetooth not connected first and connecting directly through the app. That’s the only way I can get it to work on my iPhone and get it to enter the password. Also, it doesn’t say the password so I have to re-enter it every time on my iPhone.
The hardware is excellent, but the app needs stability improvements and better Android head unit compatibility to provide a smooth tuning experience. Please fix these issues. Right now changing settings is very laborious.

Works but
Having to re start the app and re enter the password for Bluetooth because a bug cuts off 1/3 of the screen is really annoying. Would be nice for the option to not have a password
Bug fix and Bluetooth
Bluetooth times out after 10 minutes
Cuts out of the screen and hide the Bluetooth link and also it will hide plus and minus bottom
