I can’t get in. Tried multiple times and I get the error message
I can’t get the app
Sooo bad, but could be so good
Error messages constantly. I should be able to see the cruise I’m on IMMEDIATELY in opening the app… instead I have to go through 3-5 screens to navigate to where I need to be, and then improbably still have to go to the Norwegian app to verify information.
There is SO much potential here! I should be able to share a countdown timer to my socials and therefore recruit interest in the brand; I’m 5 days out from a current cruise and I can even see the current lineup? WHAT?! Get it right! This could be SO GOOD!

Lower level data problem
All of the related lower level detail for sailing no longer opens. The app is the cleanest place to see the details clearly. Pricing, lineup, itinerary, etc are no longer accessible. Please fix it!
Hasn’t updated in 6 years
Devs abandoned the app and focused on the site instead, instead of centralizing the experience it’s off on the various cruises. Looks like an iPhone 3 GUI. Just take it off the App Store
What am I missing?

Error message often
This app has great potential, but I get the “error” message often. Not able to log in and see ONLY the sixthman cruise I am attending. All cruise options show when it does work and to get any cruise info it redirects you to the website. Needs some work… gave the 2 stars because it does direct you to the information (when not getting an error), but feel it needs a lot of work.

The cruise with all of the artists was a no brainer. It was fantastic. But, Sixth Man made it perfection. They were just as spectacular. One person, in particular, Brock, seemed to be everywhere whenever we did have a question. He was amazing. Everyone at Sixthman took a personal interest towards every question or concern. I will definitely follow the Sixth Man name and probably wouldn’t take another cruise without them. Is there any talk or any chance of this cruise taking place again? I wouldn’t change a thing. Please get The Beach Boys back for another cruise. I want to bring my family and friends. Thanks again for everything!

Lacking of information
App is slow to respond to information from the menu, when looking for itineraries, there are none, if you are requesting time off and you do not receive an itinerary until 14-21 days before an event, or announce special guests to me it means poor planning. I want to make sure that when we decide upon a trip it is a good fit for us. If there are special events, I do not want to rush around 2 weeks before to coordinate things. This is not your first Old Movie Cruise, the tab for previous events does not function, you can’t see previous events or itineraries. Dinner is seated as first or second, I asked about specialty restaurants and was given a link to FAQ. I called the number provided by the website and spent hours on hold to be told they would call me back, but there was no staff working on that day. I was on hold for hours. This would have been nice to know upfront. I left my number and I never received a call back. Planning and communication should be at the front of your mission to make people feel comfortable traveling with your firm

Much love to the entire crew on the cruise! You guys rocked. Very attentive, clean. All around positive vibes. Love the door guy at the buffet with his song I wanna wash your hands, very funny. Your hard work and dedication to your job reflects. Very well managed and run. I will definitely be going on next years cruise with my son like this year. We both had an awesome time!
