This company is ALWAYS late
Pre booked a taxi several hours ago as usual and the taxi was late as usual. Not the drivers fault, it’s just the way the company works, it feels like they are always trying to fit just ‘one more trip’ in. Really poor service, I wouldn’t use this company.

Don’t trust it
Dropped the pin at Lba airport one hour drop off point, taxi driver went to the £6 pickup point so I got charged the extra £6 despite not having the benefit of using the easy pickup
Most of the time my bookings don’t get confirmed and I have to reset the app to play roulette as to whether it has been elaccepted or whether I have to start again. All in all a rubbish app and rip off

App doesn’t work
Absolutely refuses to accept my home address, insisting that I’m living somewhere else.
Never able to get a taxi via app
Sadly the app, no matter what time of day, does not let me book or pre book a taxi.

Lots of bugs recently, can no longer book a taxi before 6am which is a real inconvenience

I’ve twice used the app and it’s ended up in chaos. Paid on card through the app to arrive at my destination to be told it was rejected. Didn’t have cash. Received email confirming it was ‘paid’ then had driver come to my door 4 days later asking for the payment! First time round I selected card payment and it said I selected cash. Easier not to bother. It’s a shame as they were reliable before the app came into play.

Always lovely drivers, always make conversation which is nice, always on time and never had to wait and long time, even when it says longer wait on app always arrives early 🙂
Ok app but unable to receive a receipt
I booked a cab via the app for a business trip and asked the driver for a receipt. He advised you could do this on the app. So i have tried ten times to request a receipt and got a message telling me that it has been sent to my registered email address. But no receipt! I cannot claim work expenses without a receipt so I am now down £16! Thanks a bunch for an incompetent app.

Like the app, close to being really good. Just when I book a journey, I can't see confirmation of the date and time which is pretty problematic if you get it wrong ?!?!
