Great to have handy
I would really love to somehow see my reading lists on the app. I have so many id like to check availability for but I can only access lists on desktop
I go to the library every month
Me and my grandma go there five times a month and I have checked out so many books I can’t even remember!
Awesome
"very nice" in borat accent
App won’t scan my bar code
The app does not work because it won’t scan my bar code. Sticking with Libby.
Doesn’t Work
The app has always been a little difficult to navigate but I got by fine. Now it won’t connect to the network or work at all. It’s really frustrating when I have holds. I also only check out with the self checkout so I don’t have a receipt to track when my books are due. I relied on this app to remember and now that it doesn’t work I’m just going to have to return everything early without finishing because I don’t want it to be late.

Doesn’t Work
The app no longer works, when searching the catalog it says it can’t connect to server.
Stopped working
The app has been working fine until a week ago. Still shows returned books, but not my recent borrowings.
No connection to catalog
I haven’t been able to access my account in several weeks. Every time I try to search for a book, or check my holds, I get an error saying that the app can’t connect to the catalog server. I can’t even log out to try and refresh the app. I have also deleted and reinstalled the app with the same issue appearing.

Stopped working
I used this weekly for years and now it stopped working completely. Not pleased.
Can’t Access the APP
Installed and reinstalled many times to only receive the same message on a black screen: “Unable to connect to server. Please make sure you have a network connection and then try again.” My home and phone internet connection are stable and working fine. It’s the app that isn’t working.
Absolutely worthless
I don’t know what happened to the app they had years ago, it worked and was very convenient. I’ve downloaded this app twice, both times there is major issues. There was a new update within the last month, the barcode reader doesn’t work, there is no page for help or faq’s. It’s complicated and none functional.. a complete waste of time. 🙄

Keeps removing linked accounts
Whoever you paid for this app is very novice. I program for a living. I would be fired immediately if my app lost accounts every month. My kids accounts are unlinked at least once a month. Not good
Hi
Anyone who goes to the Tulare libary is a sussy baka
Stopped working
Love the app, but recently it can’t seem to connect to the server. Also, the link to App Support goes nowhere.
I like this
I love using this app for books, but in the latest update the app appears grayed out and can’t access this app
Catalog access
It’s a nice app. I like having my barcode available 24/7 and I love the easy access to e-material. I highly recommend looking at the online resources to anyone who hasn’t yet. The services offered render me speechless and are free to Fresno County Residents who have a library membership (also free).
I would like to be able to search the Valley Cat catalog. I do not see such a feature. I have searched using the search field but that does not bring up all results.

I can’t log in in
I can’t seem to log in into my account anymore. It’s says that the “server cannot connect”but I do have WiFi and, still doesn’t let me. Please help!!!
Great library app
Love the linked account feature. App is easy to navigate.
Has much potential, but it’s currently mostly empty
Has potential, but it’s mostly empty. Perhaps you need a login PIN (password) to see the full features but even then, the website doesn’t require a login PIN and it’s full of library information for the public.
I think that having a built-in Library, Kern, and Bakersfield Community Calendar of all the local library (& city) events would be very useful and bring more people into the library.
Perhaps allowing space for advertising to create revenue would help.
People love to buy food, candies, chocolate chip cookies, coffee, etc, so selling food would help with revenue for the public library.
There is also no advertising for Kern County Libraries and it’s apps on the Local news (tv & Facebook).
So far, this app isn’t very useful, but it definitely does have potential.

Great star with a couple of issues
On mobile this app is way better than the web version. Desktop still has better features. Love the ability to scan a barcode and see if the library has it. This has already saved so much time!
My two issues:
1) Saved lists or the ability to save items to lists is not in the mobile
2) Contact support is nowhere to be found. I would rather contact them then leave a less then perfect review. (a) no way to report issues except flow (b) developer website via app store takes you to a blank page.
