Had to delete three times & start over

Sad that I has to delete this game three times after I’ve gotten over level 130+ once you get to a certain level, the game messes up & wont let you play it. When you load into the game it won’t let you play it. The character doesn’t even show up but you can hear the music & everything else. I really wish they’d hurry up & fix this.
