Very unhappy!
I had a look at this App for a project I was working on and it seemed to be what I was going to need. I bought the app subscription with the knowledge I would be able to cancel it within a short period of time if it wasn’t what I needed. I tried the app for about 15-20 min and realized it wasn’t what I needed. At this point I pressed the button to cancel my subscription, however, the button did not actually activate. I tried several times to cancel with the same result, the cancel button did not activate. A couple days later I received an email notification that I had been charged for the subscription. I am very upset about this. If anyone in this company reads this review please refund my money. For everyone else, please be aware of this “glitch” on being able to cancel the subscription to get the refund. Highly unethical if this was designed this way!
