Grid uneven

The grid is only even if divided into 4 - am I missing something here?
And ? Option invisible so I’ve no idea how to alter.
Currently a waste of money

Thanks for the feedback, and sorry you’re having problems. The app offers a choice of square or proportional grid (can be chosen from a button in the bottom right). How they fit the image depends on its aspect ratio. Button labels can be seen by holding the ‘?’ at the bottom. Please email for more help and we’ll be happy to assist.

Interface is not intuitive

Cropping tool is too zoomed in, won’t work for my picture. Definitely not worth paying for, will be getting my money back for this terrible app.
