Either make the app free to download and use. Or make the app paid from the get go. Deserve terrible reviews for bait and switch tactics.

Don’t waste your time.
Went through an entire sign up process only to find out you can’t even use the app to create anything without signing up for a subscription that you have to pay for. What a waste of time and sorry excuse for an app. Do better.
No serial or license number
I have been trying to get in touch with this company for over 3 weeks now I have not heard back from them I’m unable to log into my account or even able to find a serial or license number this website used to be good now they are in a huge black hole and I’m unable to find the projects I have created

The tutorial for the iPad looks nothing like the screen
Free user has no options
This software is purely to be purchased. The free use site does not work, with numerous errors. Just don’t give any access to tease customers, incredibly frustrating experience. I just uninstalled it.
There are better architecture apps
I can’t do anything when I open the app. It looks like you need to pay for the extra features to actually do anything

Frustrating. Can’t get out of editing a group
This app seems to work pretty well upon first trying it, but it is very frustrating if you have a group and you want to edit the group. It won’t get out of the editing mode. It will not work. Every time I edit a group, I have to close the app and open it again if I want to stop the editing mode. I have tried every option that is available. I have researched through AI. Double tapping outside of the editing area, single tapping outside of the editing area, etc. I’m using it on iPad. And it’s making me crazy. Extraordinarily frustrating.

I thought this game would be fun
So I thought this game would be fun but…… it SUCKS first off it’s a pay to play game I got it tried it and I needed to pay do create something!

What happened to the Viewer app for mobile devices?
Unusable, constant crashing
Not sure what happened, but the app crashes constantly now to a point where it is unusable. Not sure if it’s a new update or what. Running it on an M3 iPad so I figure it should be fine, but nope. Worked fine literally 3 days ago.
Love it
Usually I don’t have any problems with SketchUp for iPad nut recently any time I try to modify or delete something in my model its crashes and kicks me out of the app and doesn’t save the changes I did. Please fix this bug.
Bait and switch
Apple really needs to come down on these apps that list themselves as free then have the only useable content behind a $20 a month pay wall. If you want to offer a subscription only modeling program, list it separately from your “free” viewer.
There is no free version
I would like to prevent you from wasting your time creating an account and giving away your info for them to sell only to find the the free version is just the viewer and you must pay to actually do anything with the app. I don’t expect them to give away the product for free, I just expect them to be honest in their marketing that there is no ”free version.”
