I downloaded this app as part of a bundle. I keep getting a prompt saying my information does not work because it is not in the correct format. The App Support doesn’t work. Scam likely, don’t download.
Can’t Create An Account
I can’t create an account to even get to draw or anything. I used my iPhone 11, iOS 13.1.2. I also tried my iPad Air 2, iOS 13.1.2.1, same message “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” I thought I used it before with a different iOS and tried what I thought was my password but got the same message. So I tried forgot my password and received no email. It doesn’t work now. I paid for this app! Can I get my money back?

Was more than a little disappointed as you can imagine, paid for the app and created an account. Tried to create a file for some drawings, nothing. Not only could I not Create a file but also nothing worked. Think carefully before trying this application iPad friends! Very poor.

App crashes when I open it
I just purchased the app as a part of the bundle . The app crashes when I open to start a project.
Apple needs to intervene
When a developer doesn’t touch their app for months on end, and it no longer works, Apple needs to lock it to prevent sales until issues are addressed.
This app doesn’t work. PERIOD! If the developer doesn’t care, no longer developing the app, or moved on to other things, Apple needs to have a way to prevent them from keeping their app in the store.
If it’s broke, fix it or remove it.

I love the idea of this app, but it does not work, I have never even had the opportunity to use it, it crashes every single time I open it. Super bummed... is there a way to be refunded?
