Popova Sapka - winter-recreational centre in the northwestern part of Macedonia, named after the eponymous peak (1780 m) on Shar Mountain which is located nearby. It is characterized by a large number of sunny days throughout the year and snow from November to May.
The winter-recreational centre is 18 km away from Tetovo, 53 km from Skopje.
From Tetovo, there is an asphalt road that passes through the road Sharplanin villages. The view from Popova Sapka is open to the neighbouring mountains Jakupica and Solunska Glava (2540 m), and at the foot is the Polog Valley.
